East Grand Fire Station
Mountain Life Fitness
The fire station underwent a complete remodel. Prior to the project start, I specified all the materials, finishes and fixtures, so the project could be sent out for public bid. As interior designer, I used fire-engine red accents throughout to tie the view from the offices into the fire truck bays. We also added a unique display for the client's collection of patches from fire stations from around the world.
The owner of Mountain Life Fitness wanted a budget-friendly, bright, neutral palate for her new fitness studio. I selected durable and easy-to-clean finishes and flooring for the locker rooms and weight rooms for a professional look.
Commercial services include: owner representation and project management, fully specified finishes and fixtures, office systems furniture selection and installation, decor and artwork, new office space planning and move-in.

MVG is a commercial developer with 25 employees. I represented MVG during the remodel of their new office space in LODO and worked closely with their contractor to ensure a smooth process for the client. In addition to project management, I chose their furnishings, finishes and fixtures and oversaw the move into their new location. Their employees had a seamless transition to their new work space.
