Greeley Sachs, started I-Beam | Colorado in 2012 to manage commercial and residential construction projects. After working on projects such as a fire station (building codes wouldn’t allow a fire pole), a fitness center, custom homes and condos, and office projects (some in historic buildings and others in really boring office buildings), she decided to buy a building and become her own client. Since then, Greeley has grown her real estate portfolio with an eye toward redevelopment and revitalization in Longmont.

When Greeley isn’t ruining yet another pair of shoes on a construction site, she, her husband, and three kids run a small farm in Boulder County, where they have a heritage apple orchard and some adorable but useless farm animals. Greeley also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Colorado Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and is a former board member of the Colorado Headwaters Land Trust.

Timber began his career with I-Beam in 2020 at 10 weeks old. He is excellent at sniffing out potential investment properties and tearing through spreadsheets. When he's not working, he enjoys looking out the window and hearing that he's a good boy. (Timber photos)
